As of Friday the 13th at the Door, I have realized how much Johnny wants to stick with Chase's band, Strangers, from the awesome show that they had and for reasons like they're more a progressive rock band than metal and that they're farther in making music than Kyle Bilas and I are. I guess he'll do anything so he can get to the top. Now, with Kyle on bass and me on lead guitar, it seems somewhat hopeless if we don't find a drummer and vocalist. I'm going to be very disappointed if things don't work out because this is my dream job, to sit around and make music. I want to compose melodies and harmonies that assault the ears in both a light melodic way and a melt your face off way.
I hope this doesn't sound like I'm whining in any way. I think it's rather pitiful of Johnny to just get up and leave without any note or farewell, but I guess people come and go. There's nothing I can do about it so whatever, I'd make music by myself if I had to.
